Was my order successful?

Once your order has been processed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and a summary of your order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent out for delivery, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel’s journey to you.

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (not including weekends). Please allow extra processing time during public holidays and large sale or promotional periods. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order as we strive to fulfil your order as quickly as we can.  If you have received a product that is incorrect, damaged or faulty, see our returns policy below or email us at orders@poppaintcosmetics.com and we will do our best to help you.

What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to make sure your parcel is still not out for delivery. POP PAINT is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered or notified as re-delivered or available for collection.  If a parcel is returned to us, payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged.
